Kick off meeting with IDB for financing of Gulpur Hydro Power Project was held today in Mira Power Limited Office. Initially IDB has shown willingness to join hands with the consortium of other lenders in financing this Project, subject to their internal approval process.
Mira Power Limited has started working on draft Concession Agreements (GOPIA, AJ&KIA, PPA, WUA) and EPC Agreements. Mira Power Limited requesting PPIB for first draft of Concession Agreements to start with. Mira Power Limited expected to initial the draft Concession Agreements with PPIB before start of Lender Due Diligence process i.e. mid of May 2013.
