On May 12, 2026, Mira Power Limited (MPL) hosted a Certificate Distribution Ceremony at the Gulpur Hydropower Project in District Kotli, AJ&K, marking the successful completion of a specialized Scuba Diving Training Program for Rescue 1122 personnel. Attended by MPL’s CEO, CTO, and Manager EHS & CSR, the event celebrated the trainees of eight Rescue 1122 officials. Fully sponsored by MPL and delivered in collaboration with expert instructors (Pak Navy Ex-Senior Scuba Diving Instructors) through the Pakistan Underwater Federation, the program was designed to bolster local emergency response and water rescue capabilities. In addition to the training, MPL further supported the operational readiness of the force by providing specialized scuba diving equipment.
