As a proud subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Company Limited (KOEN), Mira Power has been entrusted with the mission of delivering clean, renewable hydropower to Pakistan’s national grid. Since acquiring the 102MW Gulpur Hydropower Project in December 2012, we have successfully achieved Financial Close in October 2015 and Commercial Operation in March 2020. These milestones were made possible through the dedicated partnership of our EPC Consortium (DL Holdings Co., Ltd. and Lotte Engineering & Construction), globally respected consultants (MWH USA and NESPAK), and the continued support of our lenders (K-Exim, IFC, ADB, CDC) and stakeholders, including the Government of Pakistan and AJK.
