MPL under the BAP’s outstanding action is responsible to support AJK FWD by developing and sustainable and gravel mining plan for the entire stretch of Poonch River. Draft TORs for the same have submitted to lenders review and input. The plan will be developed though hiring a consultant once the TORs approved by the lenders. Implantation arrangements will be negotiated with regulators and district administration.
